The challenge

The Supreme Secondary Learner Government of Gumaca National High School in Quezon runs elections, committees, club accreditation, resolutions and student services for the whole school. Learners needed one official place to find what the SSLG decided and to get things done.

Our approach

  1. 01

Built an official portal around the SSLG mandate, officers, announcements and engagements, with the school seal and a campus film opening the homepage.

  2. 02

Designed self-serve flows for the jobs learners actually bring to the office: club and organization accreditation, sectoral committee induction, document requests, meetings with officers and SSLG Office reservations, each with a trackable request ID.

  3. 03

Published a public ledger of SSLG resolutions and executive directives with downloadable dockets, so every decision is on the record.

  4. 04

Added a secure officer portal, a mobile tab bar for phones and search-ready metadata so the site is easy to find and use on any device.
